OrgAI terms of service
Effective 2 November 2026
The service
OrgAI is a marketing application operated by Prasyn Technologies. It helps a business create, approve and publish marketing content, and manage customer enquiries, on the platforms the business connects. Prasanthi Hive is OrgAI's app on Meta's platforms.
Your accounts and your content
The client business owns its pages, accounts and ad accounts, and everything published on them. OrgAI acts only through access the business grants, and the business can revoke that access at any time.
Approval
Nothing is published without the business's approval. The business decides who approves, and every approval is recorded.
Automated messages
The business may set OrgAI to send messages to its customers automatically. Automated messages are sent in the business's name, only in the form the business has approved. The business is responsible for their content.
The business's responsibilities
The business is responsible for:
- obtaining every consent the law requires before its customers' data is used or they are contacted, and keeping records of those consents;
- following the policies of each platform it connects, including Meta's and WhatsApp's;
- the accuracy of the information it gives Prasyn; and
- using OrgAI only for lawful purposes.
Third-party platforms
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other connected platforms are run by third parties under their own terms. Prasyn is not responsible for their availability, or for any action they take on the business's accounts.
What Prasyn provides
Software and advice. Prasyn builds and runs OrgAI and advises on campaigns. Decisions about what to publish, how much to spend and whom to reach belong to the business.
Improving the service
Prasyn may use anonymised, aggregated statistics, which identify no person and no business, to improve OrgAI for everyone using it. Individual records are never shared between businesses. A business may opt out by written notice to Prasyn.
Responsibility
Because the business owns the accounts and approves every item, the business is responsible for what is published, and for meeting the advertising policies and laws that apply to it. To the extent the law allows, Prasyn is not liable for loss arising from content the business approved. Prasyn is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Prasyn's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees the business paid Prasyn in the 12 months before the claim arose. The business will compensate Prasyn for any claim arising from content it approved, or from its breach of these terms or of the law.
Suspension
Prasyn may suspend the business's access to OrgAI if its use breaks the law, a platform's policies or these terms, or puts the service or others at risk.
Takedown
Content published through OrgAI is taken down on request. The request can come from the business, from a platform, or from a person with a valid complaint. Email customersupport@prasyn.com.
Agreements
These terms describe how OrgAI works. Any paid engagement is also covered by a separate written agreement between Prasyn and the business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
