There are two ways to reach this page, so it answers both. Pick the one that describes you.
If you enquired with a business
You filled in a Facebook or Instagram lead form, messaged on WhatsApp, or used a business's website, and you want your personal data deleted:
- Email customersupport@prasyn.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address you used. Or reply DELETE in the WhatsApp conversation you had with the business.
- Include the phone number or email address your enquiry used, so your records can be found.
- Your personal data is deleted, and you'll receive confirmation within 7 working days of your request reaching us, and in any event within the time the law requires.
Your enquiry belongs to the business you contacted, not to Prasyn. Where that business has to act on your request too, it is passed to them and handled together.
What isn't deleted
Records the business is required by law to keep, such as tax invoices, are kept for the period the law requires and deleted when it ends. Advertising performance figures are totals that contain no personal data, so they aren't affected.
If you are a business using Prasanthi Hive
The enquiries and customer records collected through your own Page, lead forms and WhatsApp number are yours. Prasyn holds them to run the service for you, and you can end that at any time.
To stop the app's access yourself, either way works and neither needs you to ask us:
- In Prasanthi Hive, open Business and press Disconnect next to the account. Posting for that account stops immediately.
- Or from Facebook's own settings: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove Prasanthi Hive.
To have the data we hold for your business deleted as well, email customersupport@prasyn.com from an address on the account. Removing the app stops further access; it does not by itself delete what has already been collected, so send the email if you want that too.
