OrgAI privacy policy
Effective 2 November 2026
What this covers
This policy covers OrgAI, a marketing application operated by Prasyn Technologies, and the modules that make it up. This policy also covers Prasanthi Hive, OrgAI's app on Meta's platforms.
OrgAI helps businesses manage their marketing and customer enquiries on the platforms they connect, such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
Who is responsible for your data
The business you contacted decides how your data is used, and its own privacy notice applies. Prasyn Technologies runs OrgAI for that business and uses your personal data only to provide the service to it. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the business is the Data Fiduciary and Prasyn Technologies is its Data Processor.
What OrgAI processes
| Data | Where it comes from | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry and lead details | Meta lead forms, WhatsApp, or the business's website | Your name, contact details and the details of your enquiry. |
| Page and advertising performance | Meta | Advertising performance totals, which don't identify anyone. |
| WhatsApp contact | WhatsApp, when you choose to message the business | Your WhatsApp number and the messages in that conversation. |
What the Meta app receives, and why
When a business connects its Facebook Page, Instagram account, advertising account or WhatsApp number, Prasanthi Hive receives the following from Meta. The business chooses what to connect and can withdraw access at any time.
| What we receive | Why |
|---|---|
| Your enquiry, when you submit a lead form: your name and answers, your phone number, the advertisement it came from, when you sent it, and the version of the consent notice you agreed to. | So the business that ran the advertisement can reply to you, and so it can see which advertising brought it enquiries. |
| The connected accounts' names and identifiers, and permission to act on them, which is held in encrypted storage. | To publish what the business has approved, and to receive its lead notifications. |
| Performance figures: reach, engagement, spend, impressions, clicks and results, by advertisement and campaign. | To report what the advertising cost and what it produced. These are totals and describe no individual person. |
| Message template names, text and approval status for a connected WhatsApp number. | To keep the business's approved message templates in step with Meta. Sending messages is not in use. |
| The name of the person who connects an account. | To know who granted the access. |
Replying to comments and direct messages, and changing advertising campaigns, are planned and not in use. If they are switched on, this policy will say so first, and anything sent will be what a person at the business has approved.
The app has not yet been submitted for Meta's review. It runs in development mode, on the accounts of the businesses the app's own team operates and no others.
If a business connects Google Sheets
A business can choose to have its enquiries delivered into a spreadsheet it owns. This is optional, and none of what follows happens unless a business connects it.
When it is connected, someone at the business signs in with their own Google account and grants access to a single spreadsheet — either one Prasanthi Hive creates for them, or one they choose. No other file in their Google Drive is read or changed.
- What is written to it, as an action on the business's behalf: each new enquiry — the name, phone number and form answers, which advertisement it came from, and when it arrived.
- What is read from it: the stage column and when it changed, so that updates someone types into the sheet come back, and the identifier that matches a row to its enquiry.
- What is kept: those stage changes, as part of that business's own records.
Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide this connection to the business that enabled it. It is not sold, not transferred, not used for advertising, and not included in the aggregated analysis described above. Prasanthi Hive's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
No business has connected a spreadsheet yet.
Why it's processed
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you asked about.
- So the business can see which of its advertising works, and spend sensibly.
- To keep the records the law requires.
OrgAI does not sell personal data. It shares your data only with the platforms that carry the conversation you started (Meta and WhatsApp), and with the infrastructure providers Prasyn uses to run OrgAI, which process it under contract. These providers may store data outside India.
Improving OrgAI
We use anonymised, aggregated information about how OrgAI is used to improve the service. It never identifies you, and it's never used to market to you on behalf of any other business.
Consent
Lead forms run through OrgAI ask for your consent, and a record of that consent is kept with your enquiry.
How long it's kept
Enquiry and lead details are stripped of anything identifying you after three years by default, and sooner if you ask. A business can set a shorter period for its own records. The exception is records a business is required by law to keep, such as tax invoices, which are kept for the period the law requires and deleted when that ends.
Data deletion
To have your personal data deleted, email customersupport@prasyn.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address you used. Or reply DELETE in the WhatsApp conversation you had with the business. Include the phone number or email address your enquiry used.
You'll receive confirmation within 7 working days of your request reaching us, and in any event within the time the law requires. The exception is records the business is required to retain under Indian tax or warranty law, which are deleted when that obligation ends. Step-by-step data deletion instructions are on their own page.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to:
- see the personal data held about you;
- correct, complete or update it;
- have it deleted;
- withdraw your consent;
- nominate someone to act for you;
- raise a complaint about how it's been handled.
Send any of these requests to customersupport@prasyn.com. Requests are handled together with the business that holds your data. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
